As the Tapas Family of Restaurants keeps advancing our services in the 21st century with Facebook, Twitter, a world class website, iPhone Order Ahead App and more, we decided to try blogging too. It's just not going to be just about food though. We decided we'll also share all sorts of other interests in life that will vibrate with your sensibilities and tastes too. So you can expect a blog on music, travel and all things fun from flying planes to skydiving to who knows what. We want to keep it upbeat and inspiring.
